Swiss-type FAQ

Which model fits my part?

We recommend the model that fits your part and your budget. If a smaller machine can do the work, that's the one we'll quote.

What's included in the price?

Your quote covers the machine, the tooling in the quote, the 2-year parts warranty and our support. Shipping is quoted separately.

Where are the machines built?

In China. Every machine is inspected before it ships, and our team in Arden, NC handles installation support, service and spare parts.

What's the warranty?

2 years on parts, starting on the delivery date. It covers manufacturing defects.

What does the Free Part Analysis cost?

Nothing, and there's no obligation to buy.

What power does it need?

Our Arden showroom runs these machines on 220 V single-phase, 100 A service through a phase converter, so you don't need 3-phase power in your shop. The Swiss-type is built for 380 V, 3-phase, and every machine ships with a transformer. A phase converter is available as an option. Tell us your shop's voltage and phase and we'll spec what you need.

Can I order online?

No. We review your part, send a quote and run a demo first. When you're ready, you place the order by email.

◆ Your next step

Send us your drawing. Get a firm quote.

We review it within 2 business days. You get a machine recommendation, an estimated cycle time, a proposed tooling layout and a firm quote. No cost, no obligation.
