◆ Before you decide

FAQ

Why is the price lower than Japanese brands?

We sell factory-direct. There's no dealer or distributor between the factory and your shop, so you don't pay their margin. The machines are built in China.

Where are the machines built?

In China. Every machine is inspected before it ships, and our team in Arden, NC handles installation support, service and spare parts.

What's the warranty?

2 years on parts, starting on the delivery date. It covers manufacturing defects.

What's included in the price?

Your quote covers the machine, the tooling in the quote, the 2-year parts warranty and our support. Shipping is quoted separately.

What does the Free Part Analysis cost?

Nothing, and there's no obligation to buy.

What if your machines don't fit my part?

We recommend the model that fits your part and your budget. If a smaller machine can do the work, that's the one we'll quote. If neither machine fits, we'll tell you.

What power do the machines need?

Our Arden showroom runs these machines on 220 V single-phase, 100 A service through a phase converter, so you don't need 3-phase power in your shop. The machines are built for 380 V, 3-phase, and every machine ships with a transformer. On the Swiss-type, a phase converter is also available as an option. Tell us your shop's voltage and phase and we'll spec what you need.

How long until the machine is running my parts?

It depends on whether your model is in stock. International shipping takes about 45 days. Your program and tooling are loaded before the machine ships, so you can start cutting parts soon after installation.

Can I order online?

No. We review your part, send a quote and run a demo first. When you're ready, you place the order by email.

◆ Your next step

Send us your drawing. Get a firm quote.

We review it within 2 business days. You get a machine recommendation, an estimated cycle time, a proposed tooling layout and a firm quote. No cost, no obligation.
